Commercial Roofing

    Titan installs roofing systems on public and private buildings including industrial, commercial, municipal, office/retail, and educational facilities.
    Much of our work is generated from referrals and repeat customers, indicating a satisfied client base.
    With a large well-trained work force, Titan can schedule and complete projects much faster than most firms. Our relationships with major suppliers enable us to get priority material shipments and deliveries, allowing Titan to maintain an aggressive schedule.
    We are frequently called by architects, engineers, and
specifiers to assist with design and detailing of the roofing
system because of our experience with numerous systems.
Our in-house drafting department can complete professional
quality shop drawings in a CAD format compatible with
formats used by most design firms.
    Titan is also a licensed and insured asbestos
abatement contractor. Customers benefit from Titan's
turn-key approach to asbestos abatement on roofing
projects. By self performing asbestos roofing and flashing
removals, a second level of subcontractor is eliminated. Titan handles all notifications, permits, removals, and waste manifests; ensuring a completed weather tight roof. Upon completion, all asbestos related paperwork is compiled by Titan and forwarded to the owner.

Historic Restoration

    Titan Roofing is often contracted to perform work on historically significant structures. Architects, engineers and owners call on us for assistance during the feasibility and budgeting stages of projects.
    Replication of original features to meet historic guidelines is critical on these projects. Our workers record existing conditions, field measure building components and provide Titan's engineering department with information to produce CAD drawings and details to match existing conditions and meet required tolerances.
    These shop drawings are used by our
craftsmen to fabricate and install the new work.
    These projects typically involve ornate
detailed structures with masonry, tile, slate,
metal roofing, and ornamental metal details.
Some projects include a combination of existing
historic features and new construction features
designed to match existing features. Titan's
workers perform this work to provide a
seamless match between the new and old.

Waterproofing

    Proper waterproofing is a key, yet often overlooked component of the building envelope. The waterproofing can be difficult and expensive to access if problems develop.
    Titan has experienced, trained personnel to handle both new construction and restoration waterproofing on a variety of surfaces including foundation slabs and walls, plazas, and terraces.
    Waterproofing systems installed by Titan include sheet membrane, coal tar pitch, bituthene, PVC membrane, resin based liquid membrane, rubberized asphalt liquid membrane, and capillary waterproofing.

Maintenance & Service

Titan maintenance and service programs provide a proactive approach to your existing roofing systems. These programs result in a longer roof system life cycle and lower long term costs to the owners.
Proper maintenance, with regularly scheduled semiannual or annual inspections to detect minor problems before they become major problems, is a cost effective approach to maintaining your roof system with Titan. This will extend the life cycle of the roofing system, saving the owner money on major repairs, property damage and business interruption.
